About Me
I’m Devin Lavoie, a Grade 10 student at Western Canada High School with more than ten years of French language experience. As a bilingual learner, I value supporting others in both English and French. I am also a gifted learner, which has helped me develop advanced problem-solving skills and a deep curiosity for challenging subjects. I have strong academic interests in math and science, and I’m committed to creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. My goal as a tutor is to provide patient, reliable guidance that helps students understand challenging concepts and achieve their personal best.
Specialized French Immersion Support
For parents who do not speak French, helping with homework can be a significant source of household stress. I provide full bilingual support to ensure your child does not fall behind due to language barriers.
Homework Assistance: Translating instructions and guiding completion in French.
Oral Practice: Conversation practice to improve accent, vocabulary, and fluidity.

Rates:
Standard Rate: C$20.00 per hour.
Block Rate: C$60.00 for 4 sessions (paid in advance).
Note: Payments accepted via Interac e-Transfer or Cash.
